Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, individuals who knowingly misrepresent that material or activity is infringing may incur liability.

If you believe that the content we removed (or access to which was disabled) does not infringe or that you have permission from the copyright owner, the owner’s agent, or under law, you may submit a counter-notice that contains the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that has been removed or the access that has been disabled and its location before removal;
• 3. A statement affirming your good faith belief that the removal or disabling of the content was due to a mistake or misidentification;
• 4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, as well as a statement indicating your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles and that you will accept service from the person who supplied the notice of alleged infringement.

Upon receiving a counter-notice, we may inform the original complainant that we may restore the removed content or discontinue disabling it after 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner pursues legal action against the content provider or user, the removed content may be reinstated or access restored within 10 to 14 business days or at our discretion.

In line with the DMCA and related laws, we have instituted a policy of terminating, in suitable circumstances and at our discretion, users we determine to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the Site or terminate the accounts of users who infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, irrespective of any prior infringement.
